I got a message that my report on the app can not be updated as there is an unfinished draft of this report on the web app. What should I do?

If you are in editing mode on a report on one device you will not be able to access that report on a second device. Once you save your draft by clicking “finish” or uploading the report, or discard by clicking “discard your draft,” you and your colleagues will be able to access the report on other devices.

This is designed to track changes and updates as a legally verifiable audit trail for insurance and anti-fraud purposes, but also so you don’t get a ‘clash’ of versions if you and a colleague are both working on a report at the same time.
