Prices exclude tax. VAT is applicable for UK-based customers. Payment can be made monthly or annually. Report credits do not rollover. You will get a set number of credits each month for monthly subscriptions, or an annual pool of credits for annual subscriptions to use over the course of the year. Pro plans get unlimited credits, whether paying monthly or annually. Uploading a report will take 1 credit. You have one week to edit reports without taking an extra credit. If you run out of credits on a monthly subscription, you can upgrade your subscription on a monthly basis, or downgrade if your usage decreases. If you run out of credits on an annual account, you can either upgrade to another subscription and pay the difference in cost, or renew your annual subscription early. Monthly and annual subscriptions will automatically renew unless we are otherwise notified. You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime with 14 days notice. You can cancel your annual subscription with at least 14 days notice in advance of your annual renewal date. Payments can be made by credit or debit card, standing order, or bank transfer (BACS). BACS payments incur an additional £50 administrative fee. 14 day payment terms. Late payments incur a £50 fee. Customers on the Introductory plans will be automatically switched to the Pro plan following the end of the discounted introductory period.
