How can I view my organisation’s logo on the condition report?

Once you have updated the logo in the organisation setting of the website app, you have to create the new report version. Making a new version of the report will bring the new logo into the report. Then you should click ‘regenerate PDF’, then ‘view/download PDF’. The organisation logo should be there on the updated report PDF.
