How can I export a comprehensive condition report in a ‘sales flyer’ with only the basic information?

When you export your condition report using the PDF format, you can select the ‘View Summary PDF’ section in both the web app and iOS app, the system will generate all the basic information and images from the condition report into a document no longer than two pages.
You can download the Summary PDF in both web app and iOS app platforms.

For the basic information, the system will pull in up to three fields for ‘Custom Notes’ from the optional templates in the report. In addition, the ‘General Conditions Notes’ field will be pulled into the Summary PDF.

The first image(s) with the words ‘front’/ ‘verso’ and ‘back’/ ‘recto’ will be shown in the PDF. If there is no image with the words ‘back’/ ‘recto’ in its name, only one image will be shown in the PDF.
