Welcome to Articheck. We would like to make you aware of some of the terms which govern your use of the Articheck Application. The full terms (“Full Terms”) relating to your use of the Application have been agreed by the company, organisation or person (“Customer”) on whose behalf you are accessing the Application, and can be found in your Organisation Overview. This notice brings to your attention the key points from the Full Terms. If your usage breaches the Full Terms, Articheck may, among other measures, discontinue your access to the Application.

Grant of licence
Articheck grants to you a licence to use the Application. You are not acquiring any right, title or interest in the Application or in any of the data, software, content or materials contained in the Application.
Permitted Usage
You agree:
- to use the Application solely for the benefit of the Customer;
- not to install or use a copy of the Application on a device that you do not own or control;
- not to duplicate, copy or distribute the Application, except as necessary to use it on your device;
- not to license, sell, lend, transfer, assign, distribute, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make it available to any third party;
- not to use the Application for any fraudulent, unlawful or illegal activity;
- not to modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Application or disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer any part of it;
- not to work around any technical limitations in the Application;
- to preserve all copyright and other proprietary rights notices on the Application.
Termination
The licence is effective for the period agreed with the Customer.
