Articheck 3.0 – Modular Condition Reporting

Say hello to a faster, more flexible workflow

Articheck 3.0 is now available in the web app and it has some exciting new features! Let’s take a look at modular condition reporting.

In Articheck 3.0 you can go directly to specific sections to make changes, saving you time if you don’t need to update every page of a report.

If you have multiple changes to make, or want to be guided by the template, you can still update the entire report in one go, just like before.

Articheck is a closed system, accessible only via 2-factor authentication.

Other people will only see your reports if you purposefully choose to share them, for example when collaborating with partners on loans or travelling exhibitions. You control exactly who has access, to what extent, and for how long.

We use the leading provider of secure services for our servers, Amazon AWS. They have been audited to the highest standards of security compliance and are used by organisations such as the US government and the BBC. We use 128-bit encryption to ensure that data transferred from devices to our cloud infrastructure is done so securely.

All the API traffic is secured by HTTPS/SSL and the data access is secured using OAuth2, a leading industry standard for securing APIs.

Articheck servers will undergo essential updates between 05:00 and 10:00 GMT on Sunday 17 November. During this time, our iOS and web apps will be temporarily unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience.
