Articheck 3.0 – Image Editor

Improved image editing and annotations in Articheck 3.0

Articheck 3.0 is here, bringing exciting new features to the web app! Let’s explore the updates, starting with the improvements we’ve made to the image editor and to annotations.

We’ve taken your favourite image editing tools from our iOS app and brought them to the web app in Articheck 3.0. Now you can enjoy a seamless experience across platforms, whether you’re working from your desktop or mobile device.

Watch our step-by-step video tutorial, where we walk you through everything you need to know about using the new image editor. From uploading detail images to using freehand shape tools to draw annotations, this video will help you get the most out of Articheck 3.0.

Here’s what’s new in the Articheck 3.0 image editor:

Upload detail images

Documenting a specific area of an artwork or object? Upload up to 3 detail images and attach them directly to an annotation, capturing even the smallest nuances of condition concerns and saving them in an accurate and organised record for future reference.

Freehand shape tools

Add annotations with greater precision using freehand shape tools. Draw freehand shapes or freehand lines exactly where you need them to highlight areas of condition change, indicate damage, or record aspects inherent to the object itself.

The enhanced image editor is just one of the many upgrades in Articheck 3.0. To find out more, click here to read our ‘Introducing Articheck 3.0’ post.
