Annika Erikson Named Artnet Innovator 2020

We are proud to announce that Annika Erikson, Founder and CEO of Articheck, is featured in the Artnet Fall 2020 Intelligence Report: The Innovators Issue. Annika is named as one of 51 “trailblazers, dreamers, and pioneers transforming the art industry.

A former conservator at St Paul’s Cathedral, the Royal Horticultural Society, and Tate, Annika founded Articheck in 2013 with a commitment to creating a new standard in digital condition reporting.

Bernadine Bröcker Wieder, CEO of the museum-programming intermediary Vastari, was quoted in the report: “The innovations Annika has proposed for the sector really are instrumental in pushing us into the 21st century.”

Articheck continues to champion innovation not just in its approach to condition reporting but also with its upcoming virtual courier system, which will see institutions working in close collaboration to streamline art transportation, thereby reducing budgets, travel, and carbon emissions.
