1. Eligibility
The prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and working for, or otherwise collaborating with, an ICEFAT member organisation. Employees of Articheck Ltd., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfilment agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Sponsor
The Prize Draw is organised and sponsored by Articheck Ltd., located at 2 Leman Street, London E1W 9US, United Kingdom.
3. Agreement to Rules
By entering this Prize Draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. In addition, participants agree to accept the decisions of Articheck Ltd. as final and binding in relation to the Prize Draw.
4. Contest Period
Entries will be counted starting on 8 September 2025 at 00:00 BST and ending on 9 October 2025 at 23:59 BST. Only condition reports and report updates received by our servers during this period will count towards the Prize Draw.
5. How to Enter
Participants will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw by performing qualifying actions within the Articheck software platform during the Prize Draw period.
Qualifying actions are available to ICEFAT members who are either existing Articheck customers or ICEFAT free-trial users.
Qualifying actions are the receipt, by Articheck servers, of:
- a new Articheck report, which includes at least one (1) image
- the updating of an existing Articheck report, which includes at least one (1) image
Entrants must submit a minimum of five (5) reports or report updates (which include at least one image) to qualify for entry into the free prize draw. Once the threshold of five (5) reports, or report updates, is met, each report or report update will count as one (1) entry to the Prize Draw.
Entrants may submit a maximum of fifty (50) entries to the Prize Draw.
All Articheck users who are ICEFAT members have an equal opportunity to enter. ICEFAT members who are existing Articheck customers that do not have enough credits remaining in their monthly or yearly subscription to submit fifty entries can contact hello@articheck.com to request additional free credits be added by Articheck, up to a maximum of 50 credits.
The Winner will be the author of the winning report. We will contact them to organise the prize.
6. Prizes
The Winner will receive a £1000 experience voucher, or equivalent value in another currency, fulfilled with an e-gift card for you to book your own experience. The prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Articheck Ltd. to use the Winner’s organisation name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Articheck Ltd. shall not be liable for any costs or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with this prize and does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by the winner as result of accepting this prize.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
The Winner will be selected at random under the supervision of Articheck Ltd. The Winner will be notified by email within 14 days following selection. Articheck Ltd. shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, for instance, due to being under 18 years old, fails to claim the prize within 60 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
8. Rights Granted by You
By entering this Prize Draw, you understand and agree that Articheck Ltd., anyone acting on behalf of Articheck Ltd., and Articheck Ltd.’s licensees, successors and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, worldwide and without limitation, your entry, name, picture, likeness, image, statements about the Prize Draw, and biographical information for news, publicity, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review or consent.
Articheck Ltd. confirms it will not disclose, publish or share information from the winning condition report relating to the object(s) it concerns, except with the explicit permission of the Winner.
9. Terms
Articheck Ltd. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Prize Draw should a virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Articheck Ltd.’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Prize Draw. In such case, Articheck Ltd. may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Articheck Ltd.
10. Limitation of Liability
Articheck Ltd. shall bear no responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) participation in the Prize Draw and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) unauthorised human intervention; (iv) electronic or human error in the administration of the Prize Draw or the processing of entries.
11. Disputes
This Prize Draw is governed by the laws of England, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Prize Draw, participants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Prize Draw, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, with the courts of England having exclusive jurisdiction.
