For our iOS app, we would suggest installing iOS 11.4 or later as a minimum requirement. This app is compatible with both iPhone and iPad devices.

Articheck updates operate just like any other smartphone app, and we will update our platforms regularly. We recommend users always double check and go to iPhone/iPad App Store and see if an update is available on the App Store.

The web app has the same functionality as the iOS app, except it can’t work off-line. You can create a report entirely from the web app, or from the iOS app, including image annotations and groups.
Annotations on the web app are new and a bit more basic, but we’ll be refining them soon. Find out more

Yes. After you’ve completed your free trial, you can opt for a monthly or annual subscription, based on your needs, unless you are on the collaborator’s account.

Monthly subscriptions:

You have a monthly quota of reports, which are counted using credits. If you find you need more credits, you can upgrade your subscription level anytime. If you find you need less, please let us know 14 days in advance for the change.
If you do not use all your credits for a month, you can roll your credits over to the next month only.

Annual subscriptions:

There is no limit to the number of monthly reports you can create, only an annual cap on total reports. An annual subscription is ideal for customers who experience a mix of busy and slow periods throughout the year.

Articheck subscriptions are tiered, based on how many condition reports you think you’ll create over a certain amount of time and how many users you want to include. Articheck reduces the time and associated costs of traditional condition reporting by between 50-75%. Check our pricing page to see which subscription level is best for you.

Yes, we would request our active user to notify us about the cancellation 14 business days in advance of their preferred termination date in order to process the cancellation.

Yes, if you are using our iOS app. You don’t need a wifi connection to create, save or finish a report using the iOS app. When you are next connected to an internet network, you can upload the offline draft reports or update under the ‘Upload Queue’ section. The web app requires an online connection.

There is currently no limit for the number of images you can add to a report, however we recommend no more than 50 to ensure the smooth running of your account, and preferably an average below 20. We would suggest you use our web app to upload large groups of images. Some older iOS devices do not have enough memory storage to handle the loading of multiple, high quality images at the same time, and it could cause problems with your device, such as crashing. The latest devices and operating system updates will offer greater image storage capacity.

You can access them within Articheck (as an Articheck file) in the app or web app (from any device or location), or export them as PDFs. Please be aware that once the report leaves Articheck’s secure environment, you should take extra precautions to protect your PDFs and ensure they are stored in a protected area.

One credit will be spent on creating a new report. You have 7 days to update a report without it taking another credit. If you update an existing condition report, it will take one credit. Simply adding a quick, no-change check to a report will not charge a credit.

No. Articheck is a closed system, and other people will only see reports if you purposefully share them (i.e. for loans, travelling exhibitions, etc.)

If you share a report or  group of reports with your client, your client will receive an email with a link to log in our platform to view your shared report.

Once they log into our platform via the link and enter a new password, then they will create a collaborator user account. This is different from a user account and your client doesn’t need to pay for viewing and downloading a shared report.

You can update your reports from the web or iOS app. Simply search to find the report, tap on it and hit ‘Update Report’. This will create a new version of the report that is open for editing, and keep the historic details locked for editing.
